1. Decal Signage Requirement: The Decal is to be placed on the top right hand corner of the 18 x 18 inches sign as stipulated by the City Code. The sign will have the following information:
Name and telephone number of Management Company,
Name and telephone number of Emergency Contact (if different from Management Company),
Occupancy limit,
Number of available parking spaces.
The sign must be put up within the 7days immediately after the day registration is completed.
2. Parking Requirements: All vehicles are to be parked in the provided garage of the vacation rental property and be in compliance with other parking requirements as stipulated in the City Codes.
3. Garbage Requirements: Garbage containers are not to be seen on the curb before 12pm prior to pickup day and they must be removed before midnight on pickup day.
4. Exercise facilities, hot tubs and swimming pools are not jointly shared commodities unless clearly stated otherwise in the rental agreement for the dwelling unit.
5. Responsible Party Requirements: In cases where the owner isn't a resident of the city, a local responsible party who resides within 30 miles of the short term rental property must be appointed. The responsible party must also be able to respond within 1 hour upon attention request by the City, state, neighbors or guests.
Owners and hosts are expected to comply with other requirements in regard to noise, public nuisance, pets and all other relevant local, state, and federal laws.
